I understand. Having been in therapy myself since a young age, I know that covering everything in a 45- to 60-minute session isn’t possible. While you work with your therapist on exploring trauma, we can focus on building the emotional skills needed to face whatever challenges life throws your way.
Unfortunately, coaching sessions are non-refundable because they involve a time commitment from both sides. We’re committed to working together to help you achieve your goals. However, you have 6 months to utilize your sessions. If your circumstances change, you can reschedule sessions within that period to work toward any goal you’d like.
